Gentle Hounds is an independent store based in Saint Paul, Minnesota. We sell a short list of dog products and we describe each one the way we would to a friend: what it does, which dogs it suits, which it does not.
We do not hold stock ourselves. Your order is packed and shipped straight from our supplier, which is why delivery takes 10–20 days and why prices stay where they are.
Your order is passed to our supplier straight away. They pack it within 1–6 business days, then it is 5–11 days in transit. Most orders land 10 to 20 days after you place them. You get a tracking number by email the moment it ships.
We ship from our supplier, usually overseas, which is why this is not two-day delivery. If you need something by a specific date, buy it locally instead — we would rather say that now.
Every product page carries the real measurements. Go by the chart rather than the photo and read the sizing note. If it still arrives wrong, email us within your 30 nights and we will refund you, or send a different size if you would rather and it is available.
